From a very young age Marylin has used education as a way to cope with the trauma in her childhood. Education has always proved to be a healing source for her. Through her success in education, she has become an advocate to increase the educational opportunities for youth. After proudly graduating with her bachelors degree, she began her journey to the federal government as an intern. She is very interested in going to pursuing a dual degree in policy and law in order to further her career.
