Penny is a very sweet and sassy toddler who is currently placed in the care of her great grandparents. They dote on her and care for her to the best of their ability, but since they are on a fixed income, there isn't much room for extras. Penny is very active and since learning how to walk seems to do nothing but run! She especially loves to climb on and off the couch. Her favorite color is purple and she has a curly mess of red hair on top her head!
