Tinh is a bubbly little boy and is learning to speak with the help of his foster parents. Tinh has 3 older siblings and has been through a lot in his young life. Tinh loves to learn new things and is happy to spend time with his siblings. Tinh is a master of all gadgets and loves playing with others. Tinh is always the first person in the household to greet people cheerfully as they enter the home. Tinh just experienced his very first Halloween and was happy to get all the candy. He didn’t know why people were giving out candy but was happy to receive it and followed his siblings holding on to his bag of candy real tight and made sure his siblings knew that it was his bag.
