Harvey is an adorable little boy with chubby cheeks and a beautiful smile. He loves to eat and is trying to get the handle on crawling and pulling up! He has the best baby giggle and loves putting anything and everything in his mouth! He had a rough start, but with physical therapy is making great strides!
