Derrick loves riding bikes, skateboarding, and pretty much any activity that involves being outside. He is also very creative and draws to relieve stress. Derrick has provided the names of numerous family members who could possibly be placement for him. Unfortunately, these relatives either cannot pass background checks or are unwilling to have him in their home. Derrick has given up hope that his family will ever be able to take care of him. He recently got a job and is very proud of this. He hopes to continue to gain automotive education and perhaps become a mechanic when he is an adult.
