Paul is an amazing young man who is in foster care for the second time. At the age of nine, Paul was adopted by a family he had been living with since he was six. Unfortunately, this past September the family decided they no longer wanted Paul in their home. They returned him to CPS, like a dog to a shelter. Paul has had no socialization, other than his former adoptive family. Due to being “home-schooled”, Paul had to start from scratch in school, because he did not have enough credits. He is making leaps and bounds in his school progress by making all ‘A’s. Paul wants nothing more than to have a normal teenage life.
