Avanny is an outspoken little guy. When he came into care he was very behind in talking and struggles with expressing his emotions. He has just started talking about everything he has gone through in his short life. He has been in therapy and made huge advancements, but he still struggles with anxiety and sleeping at night. He has been in foster care for a year and a half with his younger siblings. He is by far the most outgoing in the foster family and will often make his foster parents uncomfortable by striking up conversations with strangers in the grocery store! Avanny is finishing his first year in pre- school and has done very well with his classwork and making friends. He loves super heroes and dinosaurs. He also enjoys going to church with his foster family and loves to interact with everyone there!
