Sin’cere is a happy, smiley little guy. He likes to interact with people and shows affection toward his resource family through snuggling. He likes toys that make music, and tries to dance and sing. Sin’cere has some special needs including visual impairment as a result of in-utero drug exposure. Despite this, he has shown he is resilient and is learning how to navigate his environment in spite of this. He is a sweet-tempered child and a joy to be around.
