Laura will be entering high school this Fall, but she has lived a very hard and traumatic life already! She lived in a happy home until problems arose with and between her parents which caused a total breakdown of her family. She began running with a bad crowd and was quickly addicted to meth. Further problems at home led to Laura running away and being "taken in" by a pimp who trafficked her on the streets. He also forced her to commit crimes for him. Upon his arrest, she went into treatment, got clean and now wants her life back. Before her life took a wrong turn, Laura did very well in school and loved playing softball and volleyball on her school's teams!
