Darnell is an incredibly resilient kid who came into foster care after suffering significant burns at the hands of his caregiver. He loves basketball and can often be found dribbling and practicing with his little brother at his local gym! He is a great help to his foster mom around the house and is a wonderful big brother. Although he has faced a lot of adversity, he always tries to put his best foot forward in every situation.
