Danielle went into foster care as a young teen, and bounced between her biological parents and being in care. When with her parents, she was solely responsible for her two younger brothers. When they all entered care again, her brothers were eventually adopted. Sadly, Danielle aged out of the system without being adopted, but she is grateful she was able to stay connected with her brothers. She now has a son of her own who is the light of her life.
