Naomi came out of her shell by the second day at her current placement. Her and her brother came into care with nothing but the clothes on their backs. She had been at the shelter for 3 nights before being placed in her current foster home and had become attached to one of the aides at the placement center. By the second day at her foster home she started to bloom. Naomi likes to play dress up. She is very girly and wants her nails painted and her hair done and wants to wear fancy poofy dresses to play in the backyard. Before coming into care she was caring for her younger siblings so she is always on mom mode. Since living in her foster home, her Foster Mom reminds her that she doesn’t have to take care of anybody else; Just be a kid and play.
