Staci has witnessed a significant amount of domestic violence, substance abuse, and neglect. She was diagnosed with PTSD and depression, and has a history of self-harming behaviors. She has been in her current foster home for two years and is in the process of being adopted by her current foster family. Staci's younger brother is also placed with her. It has taken time to build trust with her foster parents due to her extensive trauma, but she now feels comfortable with them and is prepared to be adopted. Staci is creative and intelligent and is in the culinary arts program at a vocational school. She looks forward to going to college and getting her drivers license.
