D is an amazing little boy who is in a foster home without his siblings. Despite his many challenges of drug withdrawal, asthma, and sleeping problems, he is still a happy baby who smiles at everyone and gets excited to see people. He loves playing with his foster sibling and has learned a lot in his new environment.
