Kelsey is a resilient young lady whom is currently living in a foster home without her two siblings. Despite the challenges of foster care and attending a new school, Kelsey is able to maintain positive reports academically and behaviorally. She enjoys participating in gymnastics and church services. Kelsey is very sweet and kind and would give the shirt off of her back to anyone in need.
