Danika's time in foster care was filled with instability and she frequently lost most of if not all of her belongings during transitions. Through all her transitions she also lost a lot of school time and lessons. Her last time in foster care, she was about to be separated from her brother. Thankfully, her and her brother got placed with together in their current home. Now they have the chance of having the forever home and family that they so badly want, need, and deserve. She is also meeting with a tutor frequently to help her catch up in school.
