Costello is an ambitious young man who is aging out of the foster care system and transitioning into adulthood. Costello currently lives on his own and is unemployed. He has recently applied to community college and is looking forward to enrolling and pursuing a career in engineering. Costello enjoys working out and making or playing music in his free time.
