Feather is a happy, easy-going baby, who appear to be hitting all developmental milestones as she should. The foster parents said when Feather is awake she looks around and is aware of her surroundings. She sits with no support, she can pull herself into a standing position, and she is walking. Feather smiles frequently and is easily entertained by her brother. Feather prefers to be outside. She likes looking at books and being read to and to play with age appropriate toys.
