Raheem has a big bright smile that quickly wins over everyone with whom he comes into contact. He has a relationship with his mother, who lives in NC, but does not want to be reunified nor be adopted. During his seven years under DCP&P care, Raheem has had 17 placements. He recently moved into a transitional living program and reports that it is the happiest he has ever been.
