Gavin is a hard working young man with a heart of gold. He resides in a foster home with his 2 younger siblings. He worked throughout the summer to save money, then felt led to donate it to a mission organization which provides Bibles and religious texts to children. He puts his own desire for nice things aside and gives selflessly to others. He is no longer working since school started and he spends his time at church and family activities with his foster family.
