Chad is a kind-hearted boy who has had a really rough go at life. He has bounced from a foster home to a residential placement, back home to mom, to residential placement again, and now to his adoptive placement. Things have really started to look up for Chad over the last couple of months as he has adjusted to his routines in his adoptive home.
