Matthew is an amazing toddler who is currently placed in a foster home without his 3 siblings. He enjoys playing outside, riding age-appropriate bikes, playing with toys, and drawing and coloring. Matthew is described as being energetic, adventurous, independent, loving, and is able to accomplish the things he wants to do.
