Faith is a young mother of twins,1 boy and 1 girl. They were extremely premature but made it through NICU and are now growing stronger every day. Faith will have to work with them through therapies and doctor appointments to help them continue to grow and catch up! Faith is extremely resilient and has endured the loss of her grandmother/caregiver which is why she had to enter foster care.
