Ta’rai is a fun, loving little boy who is currently in relative care with his Aunt and older cousin. Though relative care has been difficult for him, his liveliness has made things so much easier. He loves to play with little man toys, pretend to race his hot wheel cars, and to ride around on his scooter. He is always so curious about things and has such a kind spirit. He brings happiness to those around him.
