Jack, 5 years old, IL

Jack is the youngest of five kids in the home and the only boy. Jack is autistic and his foster parents are doing everything they can with love and therapy to help Jack hit all his milestones. He loves monster trucks and tractors. He loves animals and pretending like he is talking on a cell phone. He is having so much fun doing outdoor activities this summer with his family.
