Damian is a loving little boy who has been in foster care for his whole life. He was placed with his current foster mom just a few days after he was born substance exposed. He has recently hit some big milestones, and is walking, getting a bunch of new teeth, and trying lots of new foods. His favorite thing to do is to be pushed on his Thomas the Train toy around the house.
