Chloe is a spunky little girl that loves all things pink. She is currently in foster care and loves her caregiver's puppy. Chloe has never had a dog so she is very excited to have a puppy. She enjoys taking the puppy for walks and snuggling up with her. Her favorite subject in school is Art. She likes to paint. She likes painting pictures of flowers and hearts.
