Carolyn spent 10 years in foster care. Her greatest challenge in foster care was facing systems of oppression. Now, her goals are to create policies that will positively impact foster youth and provide better opportunities for others in need. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys reading, drinking coffee, and exploring the outdoors!
