Dakota is usually a happy-go-lucky little boy who loves all the siblings that foster care has brought to him! He loves playing with other kids but sometimes struggles with his big feelings. Hellos and too many goodbyes are hard on a little guy but he is working hard on focusing on the positives and the people around him think he is doing a great job!
