Journey was born to drug addicted and homeless parents. Journey's biological parents are unable to provide a safe and stable home for him. Journey is currently living in a foster home and is currently in the process of being adopted by them. Journey has been thriving in this foster home with no issues with his growth and development. He is a bright and bubbly baby.
