Kisha is incredibly bright and generous, and has a lot of care and kindness for this world despite what she has been through. One day, when she and her CASA were driving home from the park, she asked me if they could roll down the windows so that they could yell outside the car. I allowed her to, and what she yelled was “Everyone matters! Everyone deserves a home! People are equal!” I have watched them keep positive attitudes despite all the trauma. Kisha is also outgoing, friendly, a great student and has lots of friends. She loves sports, music and art.
