Rosa was removed from her home due to general neglect and negligence. Rosa is very creative and loves drawing and reading. She especially loves spending time with her friends outdoors, sharing toys, and games, and eating sweets. She and her siblings are very close to one another and get along very well. Rosa loves school although sometimes she can be the class clown. She loves telling jokes and is very animated and has lots of friends.
