Phillip is an outgoing and funny young man who is currently in foster care. He has not resided with his two siblings since entering care in 2019. Though his time in foster care has not always been easy, he has continued to keep a smile on his face. He is always up for a new adventure and meeting new people. He strives to see the good in people every day.
