Liam is a bright and cheerful child who currently living in a foster home. Liam is currently not in school and most of the learning is taught by his foster parents and television. Liam is learning his numbers in English and Spanish. He currently understands Spanish and knows how to say some words. Liam has started to also practice the alphabet. When he is not learning is playing with Monster trucks.
