Heaven is a very sweet young adolescent who has been involved with the Division for most of her life. She has biological siblings that she visits monthly. Heaven struggles in school and struggles with growing up in foster care. She strongly desires to be a ‘normal’ teenager and do ‘normal’ teenage things. She can be a good advocate for herself. She enjoys listening to music, especially by her favorite artist, Sza.
