Jashawn has been in the foster care system since age six and has struggled with being unhoused for several months. He is now residing in a transitional housing program and doing well. Due to his housing situation for several months, Jashawn dropped out of high school. After obtaining stable housing, Jashawn enrolled in adult school to complete his high school diploma. He has also been seeking part-time employment to help support himself.
