Elijah is full of energy and loves to play outside. He would live outside if he could. He is working hard to learn to ride his bike. He loves riding his scooter over bumps pretending he is “jumping wheelies”. He is like a fish in his backyard pool and never wants to leave the water. He has been with his foster family since birth and is a huge part of their family.
