Blaine is currently in a foster home separate from his siblings. Blaine is very kind boy. He loves to interact with others and tell jokes. Blaine enjoys having new experiences and being active. Blaine prefers having fun than being at school and enjoys doing activities in the community with his foster mother. Blaine enjoys spending time with his pet turtle and learning more about animals. He is hoping to work with animals when he grows up.
