Hailey is a happy girl who has been thriving in her current foster home. Hailey loves spending time with the family and also enjoys going to school! Hailey has been in foster care for several years now, after being removed from her home due to neglect and not having her needs met. Hailey has cerebral palsy and other special needs. Her foster family has provided her with love, care and support through her special needs. She even has been able to start taking steps without her walker!
