Jocelyn is an extremely happy girl. She is almost always all smiles and recently just took her first three steps on her own. She loves to mimic what everyone around her is doing. Jocelyn loves being outside and loves going in the pool. Her favorite foods right now are watermelon and avocado. Jocelyn loves her foster family and has special relationships with each member of the family.
