Jazz is an amazing human being. Jazz is an active self-advocate, deeply empathetic, and open to sharing about their experiences and their feelings. It helps other youth share as well. Jazz has a great sense of humor, loves gardening, and will try just about anything. They are deeply loyal to their friends and family.
