Kaiser is a loving young boy that currently is in foster care. There are a total of 5 children in the home, that all consider each other to be brothers and sisters and love each other very much. This little boy needs to be involved with everything that happens in the house. He is on top of getting diapers for the little kids and making sure that the little kids have food to eat. Kaiser is working on his speech with speech therapy.
