Kelsey is a sweet young lady who is in foster care, and separated from her 5 siblings. Kelsey has cerebral palsy, but doesn't let that stop her from doing what she wants to do, and learning new skills. Kelsey's dream is to go to Paris, travel, and become a chef. Her determination and good attitude will take her far in life.
