Kelsey loves the Eiffel Tower and all things Paris. She is getting a room makeover and this canvas is something special that she can put on her wall. It will motivate her to know that she can fulfill her dreams!
Kelsey is 12 years old and lives in NC
Kelsey is a sweet young lady who is in foster care, and separated from her 5 siblings. Kelsey has cerebral palsy, but doesn't let that stop her from doing what she wants to do, and learning new skills. Kelsey's dream is to go to Paris, travel, and become a chef. Her determination and good attitude will take her far in life.
