Thomas is a sweet child who has had a lot of trauma. Thomas has been moved a lot and recently placed with a kinship caregiver. Thomas is very quiet and reserved but sweet and kind. Thomas has a love of cars and video games. Once he warms up he will talk and talk about his passion for toy cars.
