Pyper is a beautiful, blonde-headed baby girl. She is incredibly loving. She is a little spunky and has a huge personality considering how small she is! She is a joy, and her foster parents frequently call her "a gift from God." Pyper has been in the foster system since she was born and is hoping to find permanency in 2024.
