Ray has been in the foster care system for the last 12 years. Almost his whole life! He has struggled with placement disruptions, having been in over 45 total placements. He has finally found stability with a relative and is doing extremely well. He is motivated to obtain employment and occupy his time in a healthy way. He is very bonded with his grandmother. He enjoys video games and loves shoes.
