Rebecca was placed in foster care as a young child, along with her older sister Alynnabelle. Rebecca is very much attached to her older sister since she has always been the one protecting her. Now they have been reunited and has been safely placed with their grandparents. Rebecca's wish is to live with her grandparents forever because she loves them. She also loves to hang out with her sister, listen to music, and ride her little scooter around the neighborhood.
