Luca is a resilient young lady who has had many placement disruptions throughout her time in foster care. She has struggled with the difficulties of not growing up in a safe and healthy home environment. Luca has overcome many obstacles and reconnected with family out of state to create lifelong connections. She has matured greatly over the years and knows anything is possible if she sets her mind to it.
