Sebastian is an adorable little guy who was placed with his current foster family when he was one day old. He is still recovering from withdrawals and is gaining strength. His foster family loves him as if he were their own and will help him thrive every step of the way. Sebastian has multiple siblings who were adopted out, so it seems like his foster family may have the opportunity to adopt him as well.
